I am a dedicated and compassionate professional with over 10 years of experience in administration and customer service. Throughout my career, I have developed a passion for organisation, supporting others, and building positive relationships. I enjoy creating efficient systems and helping people.
I first joined Resilience Learning Partnership as a volunteer with the Crafty Kids initiative in 2021, where I enjoyed supporting community-based projects and making a positive impact. I later moved into my role as Administrative Support to the Managing Director, gaining valuable experience behind the scenes in the day-to-day running of the organisation. Following a career pause, I was delighted to return to Resilience Learning Partnership in June 2026 as Business Support Officer, continuing to contribute to the organisation’s mission and values.
Outside of work, I enjoy expressing my creativity through arts and crafts, spending time with family and friends. I also love taking on home projects and renovations, finding satisfaction in transforming spaces and bringing new ideas to life.
