Resilience Learning Partnership is proud to announce the launch of Breaking the Barriers: Pop-In Pathways — a new community initiative designed to support individuals affected by trauma in a safe, welcoming, and relational way.
Rooted in trauma-informed practice, Pop-In Pathways creates low-pressure, inclusive spaces across Alloa and Clackmannanshire where people can find support, build connections, and access meaningful opportunities. The programme recognises that many individuals face barriers to accessing help — often shaped by past experiences, stigma, or a deep sense of not belonging.
Pop-In Pathways responds to this with compassion, offering a warm, non-judgemental environment where healing happens through community and trust. Guided by the trauma-informed principles of safety, trust, choice, collaboration and empowerment, the project walks alongside people — not doing to or for them, but building relationships as the foundation for positive change.
“Pop-In Pathways is about creating space where people feel seen, heard, and valued, it’s a chance to reconnect, rebuild, and rediscover hope — together.”
Whether someone is looking for emotional support, exploring volunteering or job opportunities, or simply searching for a sense of belonging, Pop-In Pathways is here to meet people where they are.
Pop-In Pathways Offers:
- 💛 A compassionate response to trauma
- 🔗 Connection that breaks isolation
- 🤝 Access to services, education & employment
