I met Shumela (MD of RLP) during the lockdown in March 2020 when I was told about the crafty kids project from my partner. At the start, it was from her own house and I decided to help her with making the boxes. I wasn’t able to see my son during the lockdown so I focused my time and energy into this as I saw it as a fantastic project to be a part of. Within a few weeks I was working as part of a team making the craft boxes for Clackmannanshire and beyond. Now I am the Crafty Kids supervisor, supporting the volunteers with creating new ideas for the craft boxes as well as the production of them. I love  being part of this amazing team and look forward to the future to where both RLP and Crafty Kids will be.
